5 Year guarantee

The 5 year 'stay-fix' guarantee applies exclusively to the workmanship on installation of fixtures or fittings to the medium. The medium being, for example, (this list is not exhaustive) concrete, wood, metal, lathe and plaster, or plasterboard walls.

If a product has come away from its original mounting position due to fault or failure on behalf of "The Interior Fitting Company" having fitted incorrect plugs, screws, or mounting brackets, the product shall be re-hung, and re-set, free of charge. This guarantee applies up to, but no later than, 5 years from the date of installation.

This guarantee cannot, and will not, apply to products that have failed in their mounting due to:

a) failure of the product itself, through manufacturing defects or otherwise;
b) total failure of the medium on which the product is mounted;
  or
c) excess force applied upon the product, resulting in either of the above
